Can’t recognize this place ? Well, this is none other than our 15 year old community development centre in the slum cluster of Pappankalan community in Dwarka, Delhi. This year GIVE A HAND volunteers brought the Shanti Arts project to the students of VIDYA Pappankalan Community. For 14 days our students and volunteers worked tirelessly painting the walls, creating murals, puppets and masks out of waste…and look at the magical space they have created from themselves. The centre has got a facelift which is beautiful and how. We are so grateful to Mr.Daniel Lalande (Monde par la main) and his team for making this happen. You indeed have made this winter season the most colorful and memorable for our children at the Pappankalan Community.
