VIDYA @ Mali Foundation has been operating at Mali Foundation since July 2012, and the premises serve as a go to place for education in the widest and holistic sense of the term. Mali Foundation has lighted up the lamp of learning and thus brightened and transformed the lives of thousands of women in and around the vicinity and in this COVID year has been instrumental in reaching far and beyond, thanks to virtual mode of education. MALI VIDYA through the Bhagini Women Empowerment program helps underprivileged young girls and economically challenged women to sustain, challenge and lead a better life; enhancing the standards of living, their family and thereby the society, by offering training and imparting skills to empower them in different disciplines all under one roof. The centre has become a haven for women and girls who are from the lower income strata. The centre provides training in Spoken English, Computer basics and advanced with NIIT & Intel certification, NIOS, Nursery Teachers’ Training, life skills, yoga and vocational skill training like tailoring, catering, block printing, embroidery and creative arts.
